MYkira Kira is a boutique independent app studio founded on a simple frustration: most apps out there aren't purpose built.

The mobile application stores today are full of products that beg for permissions you'd never grant a stranger, recurring fees disguised as one-time taps, and dark patterns engineered to make leaving harder than joining. 

We build the opposite. Apps that earn the home-screen slot. Apps that respect your privacy, your time, your attention, and your money — in that order.

Every MYkira app starts with one question: does this need to exist? If the answer isn't an obvious yes, we don't ship it. The shelf is small on purpose. We'd rather make four apps that matter than four hundred that don't.

The principles that follow from that:

Offline by default. If the work can happen on your device, it does. Your data isn't ours to ship to a server.

Fair pricing. No subscription unless it genuinely earns itself month after month. One-time purchases stay one-time.

No dark patterns. No fake urgency, no rage-cancellation, no fine print that contradicts the marketing.

Built where we live. The Studio is based in Malaysia but its products are catered globally — our principles travel.

MYkira is founded deliberately with no growth team, no funnel, no investor deck, no grand marketing, no pushy sales, no noise— just a laser focused deliberate roadmap of apps that ought to exist.

We only build apps that actually deserve to be on your phone, apps that matter, apps that finally.. make sense — and trust that the people who care about all that will find us, somehow, in the eter of it all.
