The short version

MYkira apps are built to keep your data on your device. We don't run analytics inside our apps, we don't collect what you type, and we don't sell anything to anyone.

• Your data stays on your phone. Anything you enter into a MYkira app — numbers, transactions, preferences — is stored locally only. It never reaches our servers because we don't run servers that ingest it.
• Purchases go through Apple or Google. When you buy a subscription or one-time unlock, the payment is handled by the App Store or Play Store. We never see your card.
• Our website uses standard cookies. Mostly to count general traffic and keep the contact form working. No advertising trackers.

In this policy, "MYkira", "we", "us", and "our" refer to MYkira Kira Resources.

What we collect

From our mobile apps

The default for every MYkira app is on-device only. Anything you enter — values, choices, preferences, settings, or personal records — is processed and stored on your phone. We do not transmit, copy, or back up this information to our servers.

If a future MYkira app ever introduces optional features that require us to receive your data (for example, cloud sync), we will (a) make it explicitly opt-in, (b) describe exactly what's transmitted before you enable it, and (c) never enable it by default.

From in-app purchases

When you buy a subscription or one-time unlock, the transaction is handled entirely by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). MYkira receives only an anonymous transaction receipt — enough to unlock the purchased feature on your device. We do not receive your name, email, payment method, billing address, or any other personal information from the transaction.

From this website

When you visit mykirakira.com, we automatically collect minimal technical information through standard web cookies:

• General visitor counts (page views, country-level region, browser type)
• Whether you've accepted or dismissed our cookie banner
• Standard server logs (IP address, request time, referring URL) retained for up to 30 days for security purposes

If you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit so we can reply. We retain submissions for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry, then for up to 12 months for support history.

We do not use advertising trackers, do not run social-media pixels, and do not sell or share any visitor data with marketing partners.

How we use what we collect

• Apps — there is nothing to use, because we don't collect it.
• Purchase receipts — to keep your unlocked features unlocked, and to handle refunds or restores when requested.
• Website data — to understand which pages are useful, fix bugs, and respond to contact-form messages.

We do not use any of the above to build user profiles, target advertising, or train AI models.

Third parties we rely on

We share the smallest amount of information necessary with:

• Apple Inc. — App Store distribution, in-app purchase processing, TestFlight beta delivery. Subject to Apple's privacy policy.
• Google LLC — Play Store distribution, in-app purchase processing. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Our website host — to serve mykirakira.com. They receive standard server logs.
• Email forwarding provider — to deliver email sent to talktous@mykirakira.com to our reading inbox.

We do not share your data with any other third party.

MYkira apps are intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

We use standard encryption (HTTPS) for our website and industry-standard encryption for any sensitive data stored on your device by a MYkira app. No system is perfectly secure, but because almost all data stays on your device, the surface area for a breach affecting you via MYkira is very small.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be announced in-app or via a banner on this website. 

Continued use of MYkira apps or this site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
